“ We visited the Silverlink branch today with a few of my son’s friends to celebrate his birthday. Lucie recognised us from previous visits and was lovely as always. Definitely our favourite member of staff at that branch! But they’re all so lovely and welcoming. She kindly took our order herself as I wasn’t keen to use the app that day. We had the buffet which was delicious as always and was continually refreshed with more food so we always had a great choice of food to choose from. Lucie took the cake we’d brought to sing happy birthday with and brought it out later with lit candles and sang happy birthday with us. We had a wonderful visit and can’t wait to return. The atmosphere is always lovely and makes you want to return. ”

Katie really knew her stuff when it came to the menu—she recommended the Big Sharer, which was absolutely perfect for our group, and also suggested the doughnuts for dessert... they were delicious! She was also so lovely with the kids, patient, and friendly, which made a big difference to our visit. Luke and Katie really made our meal that much better.
